Your first appointment is a relaxed conversation designed to understand you, your hair, and what you would like to achieve.
Whether you are considering a colour service, a new haircut, or a complete change, this consultation allows us to discuss your hair history, lifestyle, preferences, and the direction that feels right for you.
Together, we'll assess the current condition of your hair, answer any questions you may have, and create a personalised plan for your appointments moving forward.
If colour is the direction we decide to take, a skin test (also known as a patch or allergy alert test) will be carried out during the consultation in accordance with professional colour safety guidelines.

Consultation
Your colour journey begins with a personalised consultation designed to discover the colours that will suit you, not simply the latest trends.
During the Colour Mirror Consultation, we'll explore your natural colouring, skin tone, eye colour, face shape, and personal style to discover the tones, techniques, and direction that will enhance your natural features and feel beautifully harmonious with you.
We'll also discuss your hair journey, maintenance preferences, lifestyle, styling routine, and long term colour goals, allowing us to create a personalised colour plan that evolves with your hair over time.
This is a more in depth consultation, ideal for women considering a significant colour change, colour correction, or those who would simply like a complete personalised colour plan before beginning their colour journey.

Haircuts are not included with colour experiences unless stated and may be added to your appointment if required.

Your Colour Refresh Experience may include techniques such as regrowth colour, toning, glossing, selected foils, colour balancing, treatments, or other personalised colour work depending on your hair and your goals.
