Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

Every appointment is prepared especially for one client, with time set aside exclusively for you. As a private home salon, late cancellations and missed appointments are often impossible to fill at short notice, so I kindly ask for your understanding and consideration.

Consultation Appointments:

A booking fee is required to secure both New Client Consultations and Colour Mirror Consultations.

The £35 New Client Consultation booking fee is credited in full towards your first hair appointment, provided your appointment is booked within 30 days of your consultation.

The £95 Colour Mirror Consultation is a professional consultation service and is not deducted from future appointments.

All consultation booking fees are payable when booking to secure your appointment.

Changes to Your Appointment:

If you need to rearrange your appointment, I simply ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Booking fees are retained for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or for appointments that are not attended. This allows me to protect the time that has been reserved exclusively for you.

Hair Appointments:

If you need to cancel or rearrange a hair appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
